   ANZ300-230830-  330 PM EDT Thu Oct 22 2026    .Synopsis for the Long Island and Connecticut coastal waters...  Low pressure moves much farther out into the Northern Atlantic  tonight into Friday with high pressure moving into the local region  from the north. The high pressure builds across the local waters  through the weekend before weakening Sunday night and shifting  farther south of the area. A cold front moves across late Monday  into Monday night with high pressure returning behind it thereafter  into the middle of next week.    $$
