   ANZ300-221830-  136 AM EDT Thu Oct 22 2020    .Synopsis for the Long Island Waters and New York Harbor...  A cold front approaches the area overnight, stalling in the  vicinity through Thursday night. The front then washes out on  Friday before another cold front moves through late in the day  Saturday. High pressure briefly returns for Sunday before a  frontal system impacts the area early next week.    Long period swells from Hurricane Epsilon will begin to arrive on  Thursday and will continue into the weekend. Please refer to  National Hurricane Center products for further details on Epsilon.    $$

Areas of  fog. Vsby less than 1 nm.  THU  NW winds around 5 kt, becoming E in the afternoon. Waves  1 ft or less. Areas of fog in the morning. Vsby less than 1 nm in  the morning.  THU NIGHT  SE winds around 5 kt. Waves 1 ft or less. Patchy fog  after midnight with vsby 1 to 3 nm.  FRI  E winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 1 ft or less. Patchy drizzle in  the morning. Patchy fog in the morning with vsby 1 to 3 nm.  FRI NIGHT  SE winds around 5 kt, becoming S around 5 kt after  midnight. Waves around 2 ft. Patchy drizzle after midnight.  Patchy fog after midnight with vsby 1 to 3 nm.  SAT  SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves around 2 ft. Patchy drizzle in  the morning. Patchy fog in the morning.  SAT NIGHT  NW winds around 10 kt, becoming N with gusts up to  20 kt after midnight. Waves around 2 ft.  SUN  NE winds 10 to 15 kt.
