   ANZ300-030800-  531 PM EST Mon Mar 2 2026    .Synopsis for the Long Island and Connecticut coastal waters...  High pressure retreats out into the western Atlantic into Tuesday,  while a warm front approaches from the south. The warm front briefly  pushes through the area Tuesday night, but then settles back to  the south as a cold front by morning. High pressure will then  briefly build in for Wednesday. The cold front will move back into  the region Thursday, and remain in the vicinity Thursday and  Friday with a couple of waves of low pressure moving along the  boundary. Offshore high pressure dominates Saturday. A cold front  approaches Saturday night into Sunday.    $$
