Winds may briefly increase to near Small Craft Advisory  levels by tonight, but are more likely to reach such levels  Wednesday afternoon and night. Gusty winds could continue through  Thursday as winds shift to the west and northwest as a cold front  crosses. Lighter winds are currently expected on Friday, before  southerly channeling possibly returns Saturday.    $$
