   ANZ500-300800-  457 PM EDT Mon Jun 29 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...    An area of high pressure will build near and south of the Mid-  Atlantic through the week. A pop up shower or thunderstorm can't  totally be ruled out near any bay or river breezes each afternoon,  though most of the time should be dry until Friday when the high  pressure begins to shift. The chance of strong thunderstorms will  increase Friday into the weekend. Southerly channeling may require  the issuance of Small Craft Advisories at times through Wednesday.    $$
