   ANZ500-182300-  337 AM EST Mon Feb 18 2019      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...    Low pressure will move eastward off the Delmarva Peninsula today as  high pressure builds north of the waters through Tuesday. A strong  low pressure system will impact the region late Tuesday night  through Wednesday night. Low pressure will then push off to the  north and east on Thursday as a frontal boundary passes through the  waters. High pressure will build to the north through weeks end.  Small Craft conditions will be possible on Thursday.    $$

Waves flat. Rain.  TODAY  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 35 kt. Waves 1 to 2 ft.  A chance of rain.  TONIGHT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Gusts up to 25 kt in the evening.  Waves 1 to 2 ft.  TUE  NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 1 ft.  TUE NIGHT  E winds around 5 kt. Waves flat.  WED  E winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 1 ft. Snow and freezing rain or  sleet.  WED NIGHT  SE winds around 5 kt. Waves 1 ft. Rain or sleet.  THU  NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Waves 1 ft. Rain likely, mainly in the  morning.  FRI  E winds around 5 kt.
