Arctic high pressure  will build across the Midwest, Great Lakes and Northeast this  weekend as low pressure develops and lifts up from the south. Small  Craft Advisories will likely be needed Friday into the weekend. Gale  conditions are possible across the southern waters late Friday  night.    $$
