   ANZ500-070800-  1057 PM EDT Sun Sep 6 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...    As high pressure approaches from the Great Lakes, winds become  northeasterly on Monday before becoming southerly Tuesday as this  high slowly exits to the east. However, wind gusts remain below  Small Craft Advisory Levels. Ahead of a cold front, winds increase  on Wednesday into Thursday which may necessitate some Small Craft  Advisories.    $$
