   ANZ600-142030-  342 AM EDT Sun Jul 14 2024    .Synopsis for Fenwick Island DE to Currituck Beach Light NC out 20  nautical miles including Virginia portion of the Chesapeake Bay,  Currituck Sound and portions of the James, York, and Rappahannock  Rivers...    A stalled frontal boundary over the area will dissipate as it  moves offshore today, allowing winds to turn W or NW at less than  10 kt. Winds will turn southerly by Monday as a trough develops  over the interior Middle Atlantic. These southerly winds will  increase by Wednesday as a cold front approaches the area. This  front will stall over the waters by Thursday Night.      $$
