Winds  increase gradually overnight, with strong gale to low- end storm  conditions expected from around sunrise Saturday through Saturday  evening. Freezing spray is also likely throughout weekend, peaking  tomorrow evening into Sunday morning. High pressure gradually  settles into the region late Sunday into Monday.    $$
