Post tropical storm Josephine south of the Canadian Maritimes
will rapidly move east today, as high pressure over Quebec slowly
moves southward through Saturday. The high will gradually settle
over the Middle Atlantic by Monday. Elevated north, then northeast
winds will continue through the weekend, especially across the
southern waters.
