A strong cold front passes over the area tonight, bringing an
abrupt shift of the winds to NW. A period of strong winds are
expected on the waters later Monday through Tuesday with Gale
conditions possible across the Chesapeake Bay and coastal waters.
Winds remain elevated through midweek.
