Cold high pressure  settles north of the region Saturday, as low pressure develops  along the Gulf coast. Secondary low pressure intensifies off the  Carolina and mid-Atlantic coast Sunday and Sunday night. High  pressure builds in from the southwest Monday and Tuesday.    $$
