A system impacts the area today into Friday, bringing increasing
SW winds. In addition, scattered strong to severe thunderstorms
are possible this evening into tonight, bringing locally higher
wind gusts. Calmer conditions return later Friday into this
weekend before another system approaches Sunday night into early
next week.
