   ANZ600-290915-  321 PM EDT Tue Jul 28 2026    .Synopsis for Fenwick Island DE to Currituck Beach Light NC out 60  nautical miles including Virginia portion of the Chesapeake Bay,  Currituck Sound and portions of the James, York, and Rappahannock  Rivers...    A cold front will move across the local waters tonight. Ahead of the  front, south winds increase late this afternoon into this evening  and a round of showers and strong to severe thunderstorms is  expected. Winds turn to the northwest behind the cold front  overnight, and then diminish by Wednesday afternoon as high  pressure begins to build into the area. After that, a period of  benign marine conditions is expected to last into the coming  weekend.    $$
