Another  system impacts the area Thursday into Friday, bringing increasing  SW winds. In addition, scattered strong to severe thunderstorms  are possible Thursday evening into Thursday night, bringing  locally higher wind gusts. Calmer conditions return later Friday  into this weekend before another system approaches Sunday night  into early next week.    $$
