Arctic high pressure over the Ohio Valley today as low pressure
track northeast across Atlantic Canada. Gusty NW winds continue
this morning, before diminishing slightly tonight, as high
pressure builds east. Another low pressure system potentially
impacts the local marine area Tuesday night into Wednesday,
bringing another surge of very cold Arctic air and periodic
freezing spray for the midweek period.
