   GMZ100-140945-  Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-  1018 PM CDT Tue Apr 13 2021      .SYNOPSIS...A cold front will stall north of the lower Texas coast  tonight maintaining a weak pressure gradient for the next several  days. A stronger surge of high pressure is expected next weekend  increasing winds and seas producing adverse marine conditions.    $$

A light chop on  the bay. Areas of fog.  WEDNESDAY  Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. A light chop on the bay building to a  moderate chop in the afternoon. Areas of fog in the morning.  Slight chance of showers through the day. Slight chance of  thunderstorms in the afternoon.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to  5 to 10 knots after midnight. A moderate chop on the bay  subsiding to a light chop after midnight. Patchy fog.  THURSDAY  Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. A light chop on the bay building to a  moderate chop in the afternoon. Slight chance of showers and  thunderstorms.  THURSDAY NIGHT  East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southeast  5 to 10 knots after midnight. A moderate chop on the bay  subsiding to a light chop after midnight.  FRIDAY  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. A moderate chop on the  bay.  FRIDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming east 5 to  10 knots after midnight. A moderate chop on the bay subsiding to  a light chop after midnight. Slight chance of showers and  thunderstorms.  SATURDAY  Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to  20 knots in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the bay building to  choppy in the afternoon. Chance of showers and slight chance of  thunderstorms.  SATURDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to  10 to 15 knots after midnight. Choppy on the bay subsiding to a  moderate chop after midnight. Chance of showers and slight chance  of thunderstorms.  SUNDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots. Choppy on the bay. Chance  of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. A moderate chop  on the bay. Chance of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms.    $$
