   GMZ100-310615-  1228 PM CDT Sat Aug 30 2025      .SYNOPSIS...Mostly light to moderate southerly to southeasterly  winds and low to moderate seas are forecast along the Lower Texas  Coast through the period. The passage of a weak cold front early  next week will produce a significant wind shift, as the winds will  turn towards the north for a short period of time. However, Small  Craft Should Exercise Caution and Small Craft Advisory are not  likely to be needed.    $$

Light chop on the bay, diminishing to  smooth early in the morning.  MONDAY  South winds around 5 knots, becoming east in the  afternoon. Smooth on the bay, increasing to light chop in the  afternoon. A chance of showers. A slight chance of thunderstorms  in the morning, then a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.  MONDAY NIGHT  East winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming southeast  after midnight, then becoming west early in the morning. Light  chop on the bay, diminishing to smooth after midnight. A slight  chance of thunderstorms in the evening. A chance of showers.
