Light chop on the bay, increasing to a  moderate chop early this afternoon, then increasing to choppy  late this afternoon. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms  late this morning, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms  early this afternoon. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms  late this afternoon.  TONIGHT  North winds 15 to 20 knots. Choppy on the bay. A  slight chance of rain and thunderstorms early in the evening. A  chance of rain late in the evening, then a slight chance of rain  after midnight.  FRIDAY  North winds 10 to 15 knots, diminishing to 5 to  10 knots late in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the bay,  diminishing to light chop late in the afternoon. A slight chance  of rain until late afternoon.  FRIDAY NIGHT  North winds 5 to 10 knots.
