   GMZ100-140430-  334 PM CST Thu Feb 13 2025      .SYNOPSIS...    Brisk north winds and hazardous seas continue tonight with a  steady diminishing and lowering of winds and seas respectively  Friday. High pressure tracks east Friday night with a warm front  moving north of the coastal waters allowing for a moderate south  wind late Friday night and Saturday. Next Cold front surges  through the lower Texas coastal waters early Sunday with a return  of strong north wind and rough seas. Patchy light rain and drizzle  is possible at times through Friday with the potential for dense  fog Friday night and Saturday morning along the warm front.    $$

A moderate chop on the bay.  Patchy very light drizzle in the morning. Patchy fog in the  afternoon.  FRIDAY NIGHT  North winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming south after  midnight. Light chop on the bay, diminishing to smooth late in the  evening, then increasing to light chop after midnight. Patchy  fog.  SATURDAY  South winds 10 to 15 knots, increasing to 15 to  20 knots in the afternoon, then diminishing to 10 to 15 knots  late in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the bay, increasing to  choppy in the afternoon, then diminishing to a moderate chop late  in the afternoon.  SATURDAY NIGHT  South winds 10 to 15 knots, diminishing to 5 to  10 knots late in the evening, then becoming northwest after  midnight, becoming north 10 to 15 knots early in the morning. A  moderate chop on the bay, diminishing to light chop in the late  evening and early morning, then increasing to a moderate chop  early in the morning.  SUNDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots. Choppy on the bay.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots, diminishing to  5 to 10 knots early in the morning. A moderate chop on the bay,  diminishing to light chop early in the morning.  MONDAY  Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming east in the  afternoon. Light chop on the bay.  MONDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds around 10 knots. Light chop on  the bay.  TUESDAY  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots.
