Seas 8 to 11 feet,  occasionally to 14 feet, subsiding to 6 to 9 feet, occasionally  to 11 feet this afternoon. Wave Detail: North 10 feet at  7 seconds and north 3 feet at 4 seconds, becoming northeast  7 feet at 7 seconds and north 2 feet at 4 seconds.  TONIGHT  North winds 10 to 15 knots.
