.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Northeasterly winds around moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) levels
continue with periods of fresh and strong levels through the day,
especially offshore. Long period swells are expected to build seas
to 6 to 8 feet by Friday afternoon/evening. A Small Craft
Advisory has been expanded to the nearshore waters and remains in
effect through early Saturday. Winds will subside by Saturday.
