   GMZ200-240315-  952 AM CDT Thu Sep 23 2021      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...  A weak northeast flow, occasionally weak to moderate over the  offshore waters, will become weak easterly late this afternoon  through tonight. A generally light easterly flow will persist into  Friday as a surface high pressure ridge remains over the northern  Gulf of Mexico extending west into South Texas. Light east winds  Saturday become light to moderate out of the southeast by early in  the week. A weak trough will move into the western Gulf of Mexico  Sunday and into south Texas Monday. This will lead to an increase  in moisture and a chance of showers and thunderstorms Sunday into  Monday.    $$
