NWS Marine Forecast

GMZ400-292100-  308 AM CDT Wed Jul 29 2026    .Synopsis for Lower Atchafalaya River LA to High Island TX out  60 NM including Sabine and Calcasieu Lakes and Vermilion and Cote  Blanche Bays...    Low seas and moderate onshore winds will prevail to the end of the  work week as high pressure largely remains in charge. High  pressure will begin backing into central Texas late Thursday into  Friday, igniting a pressure gradient and increasing easterly  winds. This may result in a period of Small Craft Advisory  conditions and very likely will signal the return of some rain  chances over coastal waters.    $$
