Areas of dense fog may again develop this evening and  persist through Wednesday morning. Winds will become easterly on  Wednesday, shifting southeast and strengthening through the end of  the week as low pressure develops over the plains. A series of  disturbances will bring increasing showers and storms by late  Thursday for the western most waters, spread east across the  remainder of the area Friday into Saturday.    $$
