Seas 2 to 4 feet.  Patchy fog through the night. Chance of rain showers late in the  evening. Rain showers likely after midnight.  THURSDAY  North winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 3 to 6 feet with  occasional seas up to 7 feet. Rain showers in the morning, then  rain showers likely in the afternoon.  THURSDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 25 to 30 knots. Seas 5 to  8 feet with occasional seas up to 10 feet. Slight chance of rain  showers in the evening.  FRIDAY  Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots.
