Dominant period 4 seconds.  TONIGHT  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet building  to 3 to 5 feet. Dominant period 4 seconds.  TUESDAY  East winds 15 to 20 knots. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Dominant  period 4 seconds. Chance of showers in the late morning and early  afternoon. Slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.  Showers likely late in the afternoon.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Waves 3 to  5 feet. Dominant period 4 seconds.
