Seas 1 to 2 feet.  Dominant period 5 seconds. Slight chance of light rain through  the night. Visibility 1 mile or less after midnight.  THURSDAY  Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south late in  the morning, then becoming northwest 20 to 25 knots in the  afternoon. Seas 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet. Dominant  period 5 seconds. Rain until late afternoon, then showers late in  the afternoon. Visibility 1 mile or less in the morning.  THURSDAY NIGHT  North winds 25 to 30 knots. Seas 6 to 10 feet  with occasional seas to 11 feet. Dominant period 6 seconds.  Chance of showers early in the evening, then chance of light rain  late in the evening.  FRIDAY  North winds 25 to 30 knots becoming northeast 15 to  20 knots in the afternoon.
