   GMZ600-121000-  407 PM CDT Wed Mar 11 2026      .SYNOPSIS...  Southerly to southwesterly winds increase through midnight ahead  of a line of strong to severe thunderstorms approaching from the  west. This line of storms is expected to pass over the marine  area after midnight with small craft conditions expected in the  increasing northerly flow behind the line of storms. Small craft  conditions will persist through Thursday evening. Light easterly  flow becomes established Friday through Saturday morning,  followed by a light onshore flow through the remainder of the  weekend.    $$

Rough. Showers likely with a chance of  thunderstorms late this evening. Showers with a chance of  thunderstorms after midnight.  THURSDAY  North winds 25 to 30 knots, diminishing to around  20 knots in the afternoon. Waves around 2 feet. Very rough. A  chance of showers in the morning.  THURSDAY NIGHT  North winds 15 to 20 knots, becoming northeast  10 to 15 knots after midnight. Waves around 2 feet in the  evening, then 1 foot or less. Choppy.  FRIDAY  East winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming south in the  afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Light chop.  FRIDAY NIGHT  South winds around 5 knots in the evening,  becoming light and variable. Waves 1 foot or less. Smooth.  SATURDAY  Northeast winds around 5 knots, becoming southeast in  the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. Smooth.  SATURDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds around 5 knots.
