Seas 3 to 5 feet, occasionally to 6 feet,  building to 5 to 7 feet, occasionally to 9 feet this afternoon.  Wave Detail: Southwest 3 feet at 5 seconds, becoming west 6 feet  at 6 seconds and south 1 foot at 5 seconds. Bay and inland waters  rough. A chance of showers early this morning, then a slight  chance of showers late this morning.  TONIGHT  North winds 25 to 30 knots. Seas 6 to 9 feet,  occasionally to 11 feet. Wave Detail: Northwest 7 feet at  6 seconds. Bay and inland waters very rough.  TUESDAY  North winds 20 to 25 knots, diminishing to 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 feet, occasionally to  9 feet.
