.SYNOPSIS...
A cold front is currently moving across the waters with a band of
showers ahead of the front. Strong northwest winds will develop
over the waters in the wake of the front with strong gusty northwest
winds reaching advisory levels which will create hazardous seas.
Winds will remain elevated through Tuesday, with winds and seas
gradually subsiding Tuesday night and Wednesday.
