Seas  1 foot or less. Wave Detail: South 1 foot at 4 seconds.  TONIGHT  North winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots.  Seas 2 to 4 feet, occasionally to 5 feet, building to 4 to  6 feet, occasionally to 8 feet after midnight. Wave Detail:  Northwest 3 feet at 5 seconds and east 1 foot at 4 seconds,  becoming north 6 feet at 5 seconds.  MONDAY  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots, diminishing to 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 5 to 6 feet, occasionally to  8 feet, subsiding to 3 to 5 feet, occasionally to 6 feet in the  afternoon.
