Snow this afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 4 to  7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.  TONIGHT  Southwest winds to 30 knots becoming south 15 to  25 knots. Snow showers likely in the evening, then snow and rain  overnight. Waves 5 to 9 feet subsiding to 4 to 7 feet. Waves  occasionally around 11 feet.  WEDNESDAY  South winds to 30 knots becoming west and increasing  to 35 knot gales in the afternoon. Rain and snow. Waves 5 to  8 feet building to 9 to 13 feet. Waves occasionally around  16 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  West winds to 30 knots diminishing to 15 to  25 knots. Snow showers and rain in the evening, then snow showers  overnight.
