Cloudy. Scattered  showers, snow showers and possible thunderstorms late in the  morning, then numerous showers, possible snow showers and  thunderstorms likely in the afternoon. Patchy dense fog.  TONIGHT  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Cloudy. Numerous  showers early in the evening, then numerous showers and a slight  chance of thunderstorms in the late evening and overnight. Patchy  fog after midnight.  FRIDAY  Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to 25 knots  with gusts to 30 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Mostly  cloudy becoming partly cloudy in the late morning and early afternoon  becoming mostly cloudy.
