Gusts to 35 knot gales. Mostly cloudy with  light snow likely late in the morning, then partly cloudy with a  chance of light snow in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.  TONIGHT  West winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots  becoming southwest 15 to 20 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy.  A chance of light snow early in the evening.
