   LHZ421-031030-  Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner  Saginaw Bay-  1003 PM EST Thu Dec 2 2021    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST FRIDAY    REST OF TONIGHT  Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy.  Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.  FRIDAY  Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to  10 knots in the late morning and early afternoon, then becoming  southwest 10 to 15 knots early in the afternoon. Partly cloudy in  the morning, then mostly cloudy with isolated light rain and snow  showers in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to  3 feet in the late morning and afternoon.  FRIDAY NIGHT  Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west  15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots in the late evening and  overnight. Mostly cloudy with isolated light rain and snow  showers in the evening, then partly cloudy after midnight. Waves  1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet in the late evening and  overnight.  SATURDAY  West winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots  diminishing to 15 to 20 knots in the late morning and afternoon.  Partly cloudy.
