   LHZ421-231700-  Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner  Saginaw Bay-  353 AM EST Fri Feb 23 2024    SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM EST THIS MORNING  THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING    TODAY  Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north 20 to  25 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Partly cloudy in the  morning, then mostly cloudy with a slight chance of light snow  showers in the afternoon. Freezing spray in the afternoon. Waves  2 feet or less building to 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around  12 feet.  TONIGHT  North winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to  20 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy with isolated light snow  showers. Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.  SATURDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest 10 to  15 knots in the late morning and early afternoon, then backing to  the southwest early in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves 3 to  5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet early in the afternoon. Waves  occasionally around 7 feet.  SATURDAY NIGHT  South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest  to 30 knots. Mostly clear in the evening becoming mostly cloudy.  Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 4 to 6 feet in the late evening and  overnight.
