Partly cloudy with a chance of  thunderstorms and a slight chance of showers in the evening, then  showers and a chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Patchy fog  after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.  TUESDAY  Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to  25 knots in the late morning and early afternoon, then  diminishing to 15 to 20 knots early in the afternoon. Patchy fog  early in the morning. Mostly cloudy with showers likely and a  slight chance of thunderstorms early in the morning, then mostly  cloudy with a chance of showers and a slight chance of  thunderstorms in the late morning and early afternoon. Partly  cloudy early in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the  southwest after midnight. Rain showers and a chance of  thunderstorms until early morning, then mostly cloudy with  showers likely after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the  northeast early in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy.
