Waves 2 feet  or less.  TUESDAY  West winds 5 to 10 knots early in the morning becoming  light and variable, then becoming east 5 to 10 knots early in the  afternoon. Partly cloudy. A slight chance of showers and  thunderstorms until late afternoon, then a chance of showers and  thunderstorms early in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest  10 to 15 knots in the late evening and overnight.
