Waves  2 feet or less.  TONIGHT  North winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy with a  chance of showers and thunderstorms early in the evening, then  mostly cloudy in the late evening and overnight. Waves 2 feet or  less.  FRIDAY  North winds 5 to 10 knots early in the morning becoming  light and variable, then becoming east 5 to 10 knots early in the  afternoon.
