Partly cloudy late in the  morning becoming mostly sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.  TONIGHT  Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to  20 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy with showers likely and a  slight chance of thunderstorms until early morning, then mostly  cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight.  Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet after midnight.  THURSDAY  Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to  15 knots early in the afternoon. Partly cloudy until late  afternoon becoming mostly sunny. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to  1 to 3 feet in the late morning and afternoon.  THURSDAY NIGHT  South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest to 30  knots. Light showers and a chance of thunderstorms until early  morning, then mostly cloudy with showers likely and a chance of  thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 4 to 6  feet in the late evening and overnight. Waves occasionally around 8  feet.
