Snow  in the morning, then a slight chance of light snow in the  afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.  TONIGHT  Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming south 10 to  15 knots in the late evening and early morning, then increasing  to 15 to 20 knots after midnight. Snow in the late evening and  early morning. Snow and a slight chance of rain after midnight.  Snow may be heavy at times in the late evening and early morning.  Waves 1 to 3 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots becoming north to 30  knots in the late morning and afternoon. Becoming partly cloudy  early in the afternoon. Light snow until late afternoon. Waves 1  to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet in the late morning and  afternoon. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northwest winds to 30 knots becoming west  15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to  2 to 4 feet after midnight.
