Waves 2 feet or less.  TONIGHT  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to  15 knots in the late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy. A  chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms early in  the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  SUNDAY  Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves  1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet early in the afternoon.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to  15 knots. Mostly clear.
