Partly cloudy late in the  morning becoming mostly cloudy. Widespread dense fog.  TONIGHT  East winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 20 to  25 knots. Widespread dense fog. Light rain likely in the evening.  Light freezing rain. Rain and a slight chance of thunderstorms  after midnight.  WEDNESDAY  East winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots  becoming southeast 15 to 20 knots in the late morning and  afternoon. Becoming partly cloudy early in the afternoon.  Widespread dense fog until late afternoon. A slight chance of  thunderstorms early in the morning. Rain until late afternoon,  then a chance of light rain early in the afternoon.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots.
