Light rain, possible freezing rain and  thunderstorms in the morning, then light rain and a slight chance  of light sleet in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots increasing to 30 knots  in the late evening and overnight. Mostly cloudy with a chance of  light snow early in the evening, then partly cloudy in the late  evening and overnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet.  THURSDAY  West winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots  diminishing to 15 to 20 knots in the late morning and afternoon.  Mostly sunny. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 15 to 20  knots in the late evening and early morning, then becoming southeast  gales to 35 knot gales with gusts to 45 knot gales after midnight.  Partly cloudy until early morning, then snow and rain after midnight.  Waves 2 feet or less building to 3 to 5 feet after midnight.
