Partly cloudy. A chance of light snow  showers and a slight chance of showers late in the morning, then  a chance of light rain and snow showers in the afternoon. Waves  5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest winds to 30 knots diminishing to 20 to  25 knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly clear. A  chance of light snow showers early in the evening. Waves 4 to  6 feet. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.  MONDAY  Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to  25 knots in the late morning and early afternoon, then  diminishing to 15 to 20 knots early in the afternoon. Mostly  sunny early in the morning becoming partly cloudy. Waves 3 to  5 feet. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots.
