A chance of showers and  thunderstorms this evening, then showers and a chance of  thunderstorms after midnight. Patchy dense fog. Waves 2 feet or  less.  TUESDAY  Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots veering to the  northwest early in the afternoon. Patchy fog early in the  morning. Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms  early in the morning, then partly cloudy in the late morning and  afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  North winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the south  in the late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy early in the  evening. A chance of thunderstorms and a slight chance of showers  in the late evening and early morning. Rain showers and a chance  of thunderstorms after midnight. Locally heavy rainfall possible  in the late evening and early morning. Waves 2 feet or less.  WEDNESDAY  Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to  10 knots early in the afternoon. A chance of thunderstorms early  in the morning.
