Slight  chance of waterspouts. Chance of showers and a slight chance of  thunderstorms. Waves 4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet.  TONIGHT  Northeast wind 10 to 20 knots. Slight chance of  waterspouts through the night. chance of showers and a slight  chance of thunderstorms through midnight. Slight chance of  showers after midnight. Waves 4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet  subsiding to 3 to 6 feet after midnight.  TUESDAY  North wind 10 to 15 knots. Mostly sunny. Waves 3 to  5 feet building to 3 to 6 feet in the afternoon.  TUESDAY NIGHT  North wind 5 to 15 knots. Mostly clear. Waves  3 to 6 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet after midnight.    The water temperature at St. Joseph is 57 degrees. The water  temperature at Michigan City is 62 degrees.    $$
