Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 1 to 3 ft.  TONIGHT  South winds to 30 kt increasing to gales to 45 kt.  Chance of snow and slight chance of rain in the evening, then  snow and rain overnight. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft  building to 15 to 20 ft occasionally to 26 ft.  FRIDAY  Southwest gales to 40 kt veering to northwest gales to  45 kt. Chance of snow and rain in the morning, then chance of  snow in the afternoon.
