Mostly cloudy. Waves 4 to 6 feet building to 7 to  9 feet.  TUESDAY  East wind up to 30 knots easing to 15 to 25 knots  early in the afternoon, then becoming east 15 to 25 knots late in  the afternoon. Gusts up to 35 knots. Chance of showers in the  morning, then showers in the afternoon. Waves 8 to 10 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  East wind 15 to 25 knots easing to 10 to  20 knots after midnight, then backing northeast 15 to 20 knots  early in the morning. Slight chance of thunderstorms through  around midnight. Rain showers through the night. Waves 7 to  9 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Northeast wind 15 to 20 knots becoming 10 to  20 knots late in the morning, then becoming northeast 10 to  20 knots early in the afternoon backing north 15 to 20 knots late  in the afternoon. Rain showers likely. Waves 5 to 7 feet  subsiding to 4 to 6 feet late in the afternoon.    $$
