   LMZ645-160900-  North Point Light to Wind Point WI-  305 PM CDT Thu May 15 2025    DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING  SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM CDT THIS EVENING  GALE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY  EVENING    THROUGH EARLY EVENING  Southeast wind 10 to 15 knots becoming  10 to 20 knots late in the afternoon. Partly sunny with a  20 percent chance of thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may be  severe with damaging winds and large hail. Waves 1 to 2 feet  building to 2 to 4 feet late in the afternoon.  TONIGHT  South wind 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around  25 knots becoming southwest 10 to 15 knots with gusts to around  20 knots late in the evening, then easing to 5 to 10 knots after  midnight becoming south 10 to 15 knots early in the morning.  Showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Waves 3 to 4 feet  subsiding to 1 to 2 feet early in the morning.  FRIDAY  South wind 10 to 20 knots rising to 15 to 25 knots with  gusts to around 30 knots late in the morning, then becoming south  15 to 25 knots with gusts to around 35 knots in the afternoon.  Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves 1 to  2 feet building to 4 to 6 feet.  FRIDAY NIGHT  Southwest wind 15 to 25 knots with gusts to  around 30 knots becoming 15 to 20 knots late in the evening, then  veering west after midnight. Rain showers likely and a chance of  thunderstorms through around midnight. Slight chance of showers  after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.  SATURDAY  West wind 10 to 20 knots rising to 15 to 25 knots  early in the afternoon, then becoming 15 to 20 knots late in the  afternoon. Slight chance of showers. Waves 1 to 2 feet building  to 2 to 4 feet in the late morning and afternoon.    $$
