Waves 1 to 3 feet.  FRIDAY NIGHT  Northeast wind 10 to 15 knots easing to 5 to  10 knots late in the evening, then backing north after midnight  backing northwest early in the morning. Rain. Waves 1 to 3 feet  subsiding to around 1 foot.  SATURDAY  Northwest wind 10 to 15 knots. Chance of rain and  snow in the morning, then slight chance of rain in the afternoon.  Waves around 1 foot.    Wave heights are for ice free areas.    $$
