Patchy  fog in the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms likely in the  afternoon. Waves 1 to 2 ft quickly building to 4 to 6 ft  occasionally to 8 ft.  TONIGHT  North gales to 40 kt, diminishing to 35 kt after  midnight. Rain showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms in  the evening. Waves 8 to 12 ft occasionally to 16 ft.  FRIDAY  North winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 20 kt. Mostly  cloudy in the morning, then becoming partly cloudy. Waves 7 to  10 ft occasionally to 13 ft subsiding to 4 to 7 ft occasionally  to 9 ft.  FRIDAY NIGHT  North winds 10 to 15 kt becoming northwest  overnight. Partly cloudy in the evening, then becoming mostly  clear. Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.    $$
