Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to  8 ft subsiding to 1 to 3 ft.  TUESDAY  South winds 10 to 15 kt becoming southwest 5 to 10 kt.  Patchy fog in the morning. Chance of rain in the morning, then  chance of sprinkles and slight chance of rain in the afternoon.  Waves 1 to 3 ft.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Southwest winds 10 to 15 kt becoming west gales  to 40 kt. Rain. Waves 1 to 2 ft building to 8 to 11 ft  occasionally to 14 ft.  WEDNESDAY  West gales to 45 kt. Rain and snow in the morning,  then snow in the afternoon.
