Rain showers and a chance of  thunderstorms through about 2 am, then rain showers, snow showers  likely and a chance of thunderstorms overnight. Waves 2 to 3 feet  building to 7 to 11 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Northwest gales to 45 knots. Snow showers likely. Waves  11 to 15 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northwest gales to 35 knots decreasing to  30 knots toward daybreak. Partly cloudy.
