Rain likely and a slight  chance of thunderstorms in the evening, then rain and snow showers  after midnight. Areas of fog in the evening. Patchy fog after  midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 15 to 19 feet.  MONDAY  Northwest storm force winds to 55 knots. Snow showers.  Freezing spray and areas of dense fog.
