Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers.  Waves 7 to 10 feet.  WEDNESDAY  Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots. Mostly cloudy with a  chance of snow showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet.    The Nearshore Marine Forecast has been suspended due to ice on Lake  Michigan and in the connecting river channels.
