Gusts up to  25 knots early in the morning. Patchy fog. Rain. Waves 3 to  5 feet.  TONIGHT  Northeast wind 10 to 15 knots with gusts to around  20 knots becoming northwest 15 to 20 knots with gales to around  35 knots in the late evening and overnight. Patchy fog in the  evening. Rain in the evening, then chance of rain after midnight.  Waves 2 to 4 feet. A gale warning may be needed.  TUESDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots. Gusts up to 30 knots  decreasing to 20 knots. Mostly sunny. Waves 1 to 3 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy.  Waves 1 foot or less.    $$
