Chance of rain showers early in the  morning, then slight chance of rain showers early in the  afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less.  TONIGHT  East wind 5 knots becoming northeast in the late  evening and overnight. Chance of rain showers after midnight.  Waves 1 foot or less.  WEDNESDAY  Northeast wind 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around  30 knots. Chance of rain showers in the morning, then rain  showers in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to  4 feet late in the afternoon.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northeast wind 20 to 25 knots with gusts to  around 30 knots becoming north 10 to 15 knots with gusts to  around 20 knots after midnight. Chance of rain showers through  the night. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet after  midnight. A small craft advisory may be needed.    $$
