Mostly cloudy.  A chance of sprinkles late. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 2 to  3 feet.  SUNDAY  West wind 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of  sprinkles and snow showers through early afternoon, then a chance  of sprinkles late. Waves building to 2 to 4 feet, then subsiding  to 2 to 3 feet.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind 5 to 15 knots veering east less  than 10 knots after midnight. Mostly clear. Waves subsiding to  1 to 2 feet.  MONDAY  Southeast wind 10 to 20 knots veering south in the  afternoon. Gusts up to 31 knots. Mostly cloudy.
