Cloudy with a  slight chance of rain showers. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TODAY  East wind 10 to 15 knots. Rain showers likely through  mid morning, then a chance of rain showers by late morning. Rain  showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms late. Waves 1 to  2 feet.  TONIGHT  Southeast wind less than 10 knots with gusts up to  17 knots veering west 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 29 knots by  midnight, then increasing to 15 to 25 knots late. Cloudy. Rain  showers through late evening, then a chance of rain showers by  midnight. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.  TUESDAY  West wind 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to 20 knots  in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Waves building to 3 to 6 feet  occasionally to 8 feet, then subsiding to 2 to 3 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  West wind less than 10 knots. Partly cloudy.  Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.    $$
