Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and  thunderstorms through midnight, then mostly cloudy with showers  likely and a slight chance of thunderstorms late. Patchy smoke  through the night. Waves building to 2 to 3 feet.  MONDAY  Southwest wind 15 to 20 knots.
