Waves building to 2 to 4 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots. Snow showers. Freezing  spray late. Waves subsiding to 2 to 3 feet, then building to 2 to  4 feet.  SATURDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots. Snow showers.
