.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Moderate to fresh trades will weaken to light to moderate speeds by
midweek as a pair of surface troughs develop far northwest of
Hawaii. Moderate to fresh trades will return late in the week and
through the weekend as a ridge builds north of the state. A large
south southwest swell has peaked and is slowly fading. Another
smaller, long- period south southwest swell is expected Wednesday
night into Thursday.
