   PHZ100-020200-  310 AM HST Sat Nov 1 2025    .Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...  A surface ridge to the northeast will maintain moderate to  locally fresh trade winds through this morning, then wind speeds  will decrease through the day as a cold front front approaches  from the northwest. This cold front will approach the coastal  waters near Kauai Sunday into Monday and will bring fresh to  strong northeasterly winds in its wake, along with thunderstorms  across the northwestern waters. Moderate to locally fresh  easterly trade winds are expected to return Monday into Tuesday.    $$
