   PHZ100-182045-  940 PM HST Thu Jan 17 2019    .Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...  A front over the Maui County waters will stall and weaken near the  Alenuihaha Channel on Friday. A high far northwest of the area  will move east at 20 kt through Sunday, then move away to the  northeast. A new front will approach from the northwest early next  week, then stall northwest of Kauai on Tuesday.    $$

Isolated showers through the night.  FRIDAY  Northwest winds 20 knots veering north in the  afternoon. Wind waves 4 feet. Northwest swell 8 feet. Isolated  showers in the morning, then scattered heavy showers and slight  chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.  FRIDAY NIGHT  East winds 20 knots. Wind waves 4 feet. Northwest  swell 8 feet. Slight chance of thunderstorms in the evening.  Scattered heavy showers through the night.  SATURDAY  East winds 20 knots. Wind waves 5 feet. North swell  7 feet. Isolated showers through the day.  SATURDAY NIGHT  East winds 20 knots. Wind waves 5 feet.  Northwest swell 6 feet. Isolated showers.  SUNDAY  East winds 20 knots. Wind waves 6 feet. North swell  5 feet.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Southeast winds 20 knots. Wind waves 6 feet.  North swell 4 feet. Isolated showers after midnight.  MONDAY  Southeast winds to 25 knots easing to 15 knots. Wind  waves 5 to 6 feet. Northwest swell 4 to 5 feet.  TUESDAY  Southeast winds 10 knots. Wind waves 5 feet. Northwest  swell 5 to 7 feet. Isolated showers.    $$
