   PHZ100-030245-  331 AM HST Mon Feb 2 2026    .Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...  A strong front will move down the island chain tonight through  Tuesday. Moderate to strong southwesterly winds will strengthen to  moderate to near gale force ahead of the front through today.  Moderate to locally strong northwest winds will fill in behind the  front and gradually weaken as the front progresses through the  eastern half of the state late tonight into Tuesday. Gentle to  fresh easterly winds will develop Wednesday, followed by a return  to southerly winds Thursday into Friday ahead of another  approaching front. Seas will build through the day and peak  Tuesday as a extra large northwest swell fills in and holds  through Wednesday.      $$

Scattered showers after midnight.  TUESDAY  Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots, becoming north  northwest 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 6 to 9 feet,  building to 8 to 11 feet in the afternoon.
