.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS...High pressure will move inland tonight then shift east
of the Cascades on Wednesday as a front splits and weakens as it
reaches the outer coastal waters. High pressure briefly returns
late in the week, but a stronger frontal arrives late in the week.
The pattern remains active this weekend through the start of next
week.
