.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS...A low pressure system will move through the waters today
bringing gusty winds and building seas. High pressure will rebuild
over the offshore and coastal waters later Tuesday and Wednesday.
Seas will remain around 10 feet throughout much of the week.
Additional systems may move through the area waters late this week
for increasing onshore flow and another round of building seas.
