WATERS...Offshore flow will persist today with high pressure
situated over the coastal waters and a thermal trough along the
coast. A weak system may move into the area waters on Thursday.
High pressure will then build back over the coastal waters Friday
into Saturday before another weak system moves into the coastal
waters on Sunday.
