.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS...A strong frontal system will move across the area today,
bringing strong winds and building seas to the area waters. Another
front will move across the waters on Monday. High pressure will
then build back into the coastal waters in its wake and remain
situated over the waters into late week.
