INLAND WATERS...High pressure over the coastal waters with low
pressure inland will maintain onshore northwesterly flow through
much of the forecast period. A passing system will briefly shift
winds out of the south Thursday into Friday. Westerly pushes down
the Strait will result in heightened winds each evening.
