.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS...High pressure will remain on the Canadian side of the
waters today with light north winds. A deepening trough over the
coastal and offshore waters Sunday night into Monday will shift
winds back to south to southeasterly. Broad troughing will remain
over the waters well into next week.
