Broad high pressure over the coastal waters will  continue Tuesday morning along with a surface thermal trough  along the coast. This will bring periods of offshore flow to area  waters at times. A weakening front will move across the waters on  Tuesday. This system will bring increased onshore flow and seas  to the coastal waters. Additional systems may move across area  waters throughout the week.    $$
