.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS...Onshore flow will continue through this weekend with
high pressure offshore into Sunday. A low pressure system will
move through the area waters on Monday bringing increasing winds
and building seas. High pressure will rebuild over the offshore
and coastal waters later Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional systems
may develop and move through the area waters late this week.
