PZZ200-032300-  251 PM PST Sun Nov 2 2025      .SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...  High pressure over the waters keeps winds calmer today before a  thermal trough forming along the coast increases winds and turns  them northerly tonight into Monday. Seas remain steep with  heights in the low teens and a period around 13 to 14 seconds into  Tuesday. A compact low pressure system will approach the southern  waters on Monday, bringing brief increased winds late Monday from  Cape Foulweather to Florence OR. Additionally, a pair of strong  systems is expected to impact the region late Tuesday through  early Friday, supporting mainly wind driven seas in the mid to  upper teens. Exact details remain unclear at this time.    $$
