.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A weak upper level tough will slowly swing across the area
through the weekend. This will maintain north/northwesterly winds
across all waters, with low end Small Craft Gusts across our
central and southern waters until late Friday night. Seas will
remain below 10 ft with steep and choppy conditions at times.
Conditions look to remain well under Small Craft criteria through
at least Wednesday.
