An area of low pressure continues to weaken as it slowly moves
south along the north Oregon coast before moving west into the
eastern Pacific midday. Wind gusts ease below 20 kts by 4-5 AM PST
and seas to 9-11 ft. Winds and seas continue to ease Friday into
the weekend.
